I'm new to reformer, what class should I attend?

Our Intro to Reformer Pilates classes are best for those brand new to reformer. 

You''ll be given an introduction to the Reformer and guided throughout your class learning the fundamentals at a supportive pace.

                When?

  • Tuesdays 7:30pm

  • One Saturday a month at 8am- check out our timetable

No need to attend multiple; 1-2 Intro sessions is plenty.

What class is right for me?

If you’re brand new to reformer pilates, attend an Intro to Reformer class to get started. 

If you're returning after a break or prefer a more considered paced class that builds full body strength and confidence whilst still being challenged, we recommend attending our Reformer-Foundations classes.

 

If you’re very comfortable on the reformer and enjoy a more dynamic, flowing pace, Reformer-Signature will be a great fit.

Do I need to bring anything?

Reformer: Please bring water and ensure to wear grip socks. We have Move Active grip socks available for purchase in studio for €15 (stock dependant). 

Hot Mat: water and a small towel. 

How do I book a class?

All bookings are made through LegitFit.

Is there parking available?

There is ample parking available, both on street and in Marys Street car park. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class. This gives people on the waitlist time to book in. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit. We do not facilitate bookings via email or social media. We appreciate your understanding.
